Everything Everywhere All At Once

Representation in Hollywood has been an issue since the very beginning. Over the years there has been a sprinkle of culture in the movie industry and there is one studio that comes to mind when it comes to representation. At A24 we pride ourselves when it comes to telling stories of all backgrounds and cultures. We love to show stories that keep you on the edge of your seat! Some of our most notable films include Ex Machina, Midsommar, Uncut Gems, and Everything Everywhere All At Once. People have felt moved by our outlandish films in some way and some viewers even used the words jaw-dropping or tear-jerker when describing them.

There is nothing more exhilarating than becoming enthralled by a great film. When you feel immersed by the camera work, the soundtrack, and the characters it’s hard to look away. LetterBoxd user tyler said ” this movie should be required viewing for every man, woman, and child on earth. We’re glad our viewers feel like Tyler.

Purpose drives us. We are intentional with every film we release. We love to have a diverse cast in our films but we also love a diverse crew! Whether they are in the makeup department, the editorial team, or the musicians they are helping us tell the story right!

While we may have a diverse team, we also have diverse stories. Our studio actively seeks out and champions underrepresented voices, prioritizing projects that authentically depict a wide range of perspectives, cultures, and experiences. The studio’s emphasis on inclusivity doesn’t just serve as a commendable commitment but also as a strategic move, tapping into a rich tapestry of narratives that resonates with a global audience. Whether it be a cultural or LQBTQ story we love to be authentic. While it may be disturbing to look at, shows like Euphoria show how difficult it is for underrepresented individuals. Rue is challenged everyday with addiction and mental stability, while Cal Jacobs struggles to come to terms with his own identity in the small town. It is shows like Beef that makes us think bout the what ifs? Not only is the cast from the Asian American perspective but the story follows 2 different class perspectives who both struggle mentally and socially. It is stories like this that set us apart in the film industry.
